1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "TG7711" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the TG7711 online gaming platform accessible at tg7711.net and through the TG7711 mobile application.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on TG7711 or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on TG7711, through which the player accesses games and financial services.
• "Balance" refers to the total PHP funds held in a player's TG7711 account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited winnings.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the TG7711 registration process, clicking "I Agree" during account setup, or by accessing or using any part of the TG7711 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing TG7711 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on TG7711, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of TG7711, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by TG7711 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on TG7711. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your TG7711 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. TG7711 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify TG7711 support immediately. TG7711 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

• Account registration requires a valid email address and Philippine mobile number.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above the applicable threshold.
• TG7711 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on TG7711 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). TG7711 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at TG7711's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are generally credited to your TG7711 account balance in real time. In cases of technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• TG7711 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• TG7711 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the TG7711 account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• TG7711 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

TG7711 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• TG7711 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other exploitative strategies — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Philippine-resident players only and may not be combined with other active promotions.
• TG7711 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on TG7711 — including but not limited to Prosperity Fortune Tree, D&T Ranking, Dice, High Roller, Teen Patti Joker, Pirate Fishing, and Monkey King Fishing — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by TG7711 or any player.

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. TG7711 shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, TG7711 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• TG7711 reserves the right to void any wager that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a system error, or in exploitation of a software bug or pricing error.
• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with TG7711 games. Such use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on TG7711. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on TG7711.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using TG7711 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with TG7711's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TG7711 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your TG7711 account by any third party.
• Accessing TG7711 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use TG7711 solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any TG7711 content without prior written consent.
• Use TG7711's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on TG7711's software or content.
• Use TG7711 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of TG7711's intellectual property may result in legal action. TG7711 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, TG7711 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on TG7711.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond TG7711's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on TG7711.

TG7711's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

TG7711 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact TG7711 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. TG7711 will make reasonable efforts to resolve player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.
